We've been trying to get the house ready for our newest addition. So far the Christmas is up
inside; the boys' room has been cleaned for the second time; and now Dad is
working on putting lights up on the house. So far, so good!
Dad has always hated putting the lights up, so last year Grandpa, being super
smart, came up with a solution by drilling holes in a board, sticking the bulbs through
the holes, then attaching hooks to the board, so every year all you have
to do is hang the boards up on the gutter and voila it's done.

Dad's building a lighted cross to put in the top gable of the house.
He also volunteered to watch Jonah while
Mom started yet another craft.
Jonah absolutely LOVES our cat, Lacey; he cries
every time she tries to escape and flee through the cat door.
Isaac is Dad's little helper.
Ally is busy cleaning the kitchen, which is pretty bad.
Now that Mom finished her ornaments,
she decided to make gift labels.
Looks like Landon is enjoying the quiet house.
On Thanksgiving, Grandma Candy asked Mom to organize a craft after
dinner, so we all, except Landon, made ornaments.
Jack just finished his today and was super proud of it.
Here are pictures of the candy ornaments we made.
Kyle made Glynne's.
The guys were really getting into it.

how well Dad's turned out.
Well, I hope everyone had a very happy Thanksgiving!
But in your hearts honor Christ the Lord as Holy, always being
prepared to make a defense to anyone who asks you for a reason for the hope
that is in you; yet do it with gentleness and respect,
1 Peter 3:15
